Renowned chef chooses Husky Refrigeration

Renowned TV chef, Paul Foster, has chosen Husky Refrigeration to supply equipment for his new crowdfunded restaurant, SALT, in Stratford Upon Avon.

Husky, which is based close by in Lutterworth, is supporting the launch by supplying refrigeration units to the restaurant. Paul was introduced to the company through a director at Great British Chefs, an organisation which celebrates and supports Britain’s leading and up and coming chefs. Paul has chosen the C2 Back Bar unit and the new single door PRO display unit from Husky’s front of house range, as well as the single door under counter fridge and 2 door stainless steel prep counters from the back of house range.

Owner Krishan Rajput and his father have transformed the display of their specialist drinks stock, by installing 3 new commercial fridges in the form of Husky PRO Chillers with LED lighting, helping to make every bottle much more visible to the customer. Since installing the new glass door display fridges, Krishan and his father have already seen an impact on the variety and number of bottles sold.
