Husky Teams Up With Michelin Star Chef
Husky Commercial has contributed to the opening of the new Adam’s restaurant, run by the Michelin Star Chef, Adam Stokes, by supplying refrigeration equipment for its new kitchen.
Husky worked closely with Adam to supply the correct equipment to meet the requirements of the busy kitchen, and help to create a compact yet cleverly designed work space.
The installed models include an undercounter refrigerator and a temperature control upright fridge and freezer.

Adam’s, which was previously a pop-up restaurant on Bennetts Hill in Birmingham, was recently named the fourth best restaurant for fine dining in the world by TripAdvisor, also holding a Michelin Star. The permanent restaurant opened on Waterloo Street in late January.
